Anusha Level 1 Training in Milton Keynes with Penny Alterskye
Begin your exploration of Anusha with an introductory training day at our Holistic Centre in Linford Wood, Milton Keynes. Led by Penny Alterskye, this Level 1 course introduces the first five Anusha symbols and welcomes anyone interested in learning, with no previous Reiki or holistic training required.
What is Anusha?
Anusha is a new-age healing practice originally channelled by Patsi Hayes and Kate Pike between 2004 and 2008. Within the Anusha tradition, its teachings draw on the energy of the Age of Aquarius and the stars, with an emphasis on unity, sharing, harmony and balance.
The practice invites you to explore inner wisdom, personal reflection and a sense of connection. Themes of peace, stillness and belonging are central to its approach.
What you will learn
This introductory course covers the first five Anusha symbols and is the first stage of the six-part Anusha training pathway offered in Milton Keynes.
Who can attend?
The course is suitable for anyone who would like to learn about Anusha. You do not need previous Reiki training or experience in holistic therapies to attend.
