Penny Alterskye studied the Level 3 City & Guilds Diploma in Reflexology through Temple Academy Reflexology, in Milton Keynes. She has completed further professional development in Reflexology by attending Expanded Reflexology classes to further enhance her skills. She is trained in RLD (Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage) taught by Sally Kay.

Penny is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Reiki Federation.

She is a registered practitioner for both Reiki and Reflexology with the CNHC (Complimentary Natural Health Care Council).

She was attuned as a Reiki Master teacher in 2010 and has been working as a Reiki Master Practitioner, and teaching Reiki, ever since. She teaches all levels of Reiki from Level 1 through to Teacher and she has recently developed a Crystal Reiki Certificate course too.

Penny has recently launched her Reiki Practitioner Diploma,
which has been verified and accredited against the current recommended training
standards for Professional Reiki Training, as specified by the Complementary
& Natural Healthcare Council.

Penny works from her Holistic Centre in Linford Wood, Milton Keynes. Her Partner runs the crystal side of their business, Clarity of Sight.
