Anusha Healing Sessions in Milton Keynes with Penny Alterskye

Take time for yourself with a one-hour Anusha healing session with Penny Alterskye in Milton Keynes. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, offering space for personal reflection and exploration of this spiritual practice.

What is Anusha?

Anusha is a new-age energy healing practice originally channelled by Patsi Hayes and Kate Pike between 2004 and 2008. Within the Anusha tradition, its teachings draw on the energy of the stars and the Age of Aquarius, with an emphasis on unity, sharing, harmony and balance.

The practice centres on inner wisdom and connection. Peace, stillness and a sense of belonging are themes within its approach, rather than outcomes that every person will experience in the same way.

Your individual session

Your appointment provides a dedicated hour to explore Anusha with Penny. Sessions are individual, with the approach tailored to your needs rather than following an identical experience for everyone.
