Continue your Anusha journey with Level 2 training at our Holistic Centre in Linford Wood, Milton Keynes. Led by Penny Alterskye, this course builds on Level 1, introducing four further symbols alongside Ascended Masters and angels within the Anusha tradition.

Known within Anusha training as the releasing level, this second stage offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the practice and its focus on inner wisdom and personal reflection.

Who can attend?

You must have completed Anusha Level 1 before attending this course. You are welcome to enrol if you completed Level 1 with another Anusha teacher.

About the Anusha approach

Anusha is a new-age healing practice originally channelled by Patsi Hayes and Kate Pike between 2004 and 2008. Within its teachings, Anusha draws on the energy of the Age of Aquarius, emphasising unity, sharing, harmony and balance. Its approach encourages exploration of your own inner wisdom and sense of connection.
