Build on your Reiki Level 1 experience with Usui Reiki Level 2 training led by Penny Alterskye at our holistic centre in Linford Wood, Milton Keynes. Combining online theory with in-person practice, this course gives you time to explore new techniques before putting them into practice during your training day.

What You Will Learn

Refresh your Level 1 knowledge and develop your practice through Reiki symbols, distant healing and practical applications for yourself and others.

• Explore three traditional Reiki symbols and two non-traditional symbols.
• Learn how to use the symbols when treating yourself and others.
• Learn how to send distant healing.
• Explore Reiki applications for animals, plants and more.
• Complete case studies after the course to build your practice and confidence.

Course Format and Location

The course includes 15 hours of training: nine hours in person and six hours online. The in-person training day runs from 9am to 6pm in Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, and includes your Reiki 2 attunement. Please bring your own lunch.

If you plan to complete the Reiki Practitioner Training Diploma later, please speak to Penny before booking, as your training will need to be amended to two in-person training days.

Entry Requirements

You must have completed in-person Reiki Level 1 training and attunement and hold an Usui lineage qualification. If you trained in another way, please contact Penny directly before booking.

Preparing for Your Training Day

Your online content is supplied as a digital download after purchase. Please include your email address when ordering so you can receive the download link. The download is approximately 2.4GB.

Watch the theory video and work through all the slides before attending the practical class. You can study at your own pace and revisit the video as needed, but the online preparation must be completed before your in-person training day.

Once you receive the video, the course becomes non-refundable.

Continuing Your Reiki Practice

After the course, your case studies will help you put your learning into practice and develop confidence. You will be able to purchase insurance after this course. Penny uses Westminster Insurance and has agreed a discounted rate; please contact her for details.
