The touch used is light. Penny may also work at a distance from the body without physical contact. Your first appointment provides time to discuss your needs and the length of future sessions.

Choosing your appointment length

For your first appointment, please select a one-and-a-half-hour or two-hour session. A first treatment requires a minimum of one and a half hours.

For follow-up appointments, choose one hour, one and a half hours or two hours, as discussed during your first treatment.

Gentle Release Therapy is a complementary approach, not a substitute for medical assessment or treatment. No particular health outcome is guaranteed.
