About the approach

The RLD sequence was developed by Sally Kay. Penny completed training in this specific approach in 2021, following her earlier reflexology training and studies in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology through Temple Academy and London City and Guilds.

This appointment involves reflexology performed on the feet. It is not manual lymphatic drainage massage (MLD).

Session length and booking

A regular session lasts one hour. Please allow approximately one hour and 10 minutes for your first appointment.
