What to expect

You remain fully clothed throughout your appointment, either lying on a couch or sitting on a chair. Penny gently places her hands on or near your body during the session. Your appointment lasts one hour.

Reiki is a complementary practice, not a substitute for medical assessment or treatment. No particular health outcome is guaranteed.
